John was most knowledgable about the trees grown on his beautiful property, and helped us select an appropriate tree for our situation. Alex was also very knowledgable and helpful in the installation of the tree in a very efficient and timely manner. It is a beautiful tree, and we are following the extensive and helpful post-installation recommendations they provided. Great place to purchase a good-sized and freshly transplanted tree!

I HIGHLY recommend this company. John, the owner, took us on a tour to pick out our tree. Alex, his son, came to plant it. Alex was extremely nice and very professional. They left us with detailed instructions on how to care for our new, beautiful tree.We would work with this company again without hesitation.

John spent time to help us pick out 2 beautiful 20' Maples and ensured they would work in the existing space in our yard. Alex planted them and they are perfect! Loved working with the company and would recommend them to others who are looking for an established tree (and not the 6' stick with 10 leaves on it that you can buy from a box store)!

John was extremely helpful. He has a very large selection of trees on his beautiful property. He was very personable and made our entire family feel welcomed. We were very impressed with his knowledge about all types of trees and soil types. He spent a lot of time working with us to find the perfect fit for our needs. I would highly recommend Trees on Wheels to anyone who is looking to purchase any trees. Dean Becker

We had them install 2 very large trees on the southwest side of our home. At the time, I was worried that the trees were too big to move -- but by following the care instructions from TOW, the trees are flourishing. The trees do a phenomenal job of shading the house and AC compressor, and look beautiful too. I have worked with Trees on Wheels for about 10 years now, and John and his son Alex are the real deal. I don't think you can find larger trees in Dane county -- but if you did, you still wouldn't find the knowledge and conscientious approach that they provide.
